Lyle specializes in shoeing the draft hitch horse with Scotch bottom shoes. He has shod many champion hitches and line horses of Percherons, Clydes & Belgians and we are very proud of the accomplishments of his customers! Lyle will work with you to bring out the best movement of your horse or hitch.
Tilt Table Service:
We have a custom built portable equine tilt table which we have used to trim thousands of horses over the past 10 years. Using the table offers a safe, quick way to get feet trimmed for large herds or "not-so-quiet" horses! We can trim ANY size of horse and have also done cattle. Appointments fill fast so please book well in advance.
Horse Training
Lyle offers draft horse training on occasion (as time permits). Our training program is designed to build confidence in the horses and we will most often have horses driving single & double within 30 days of consistent work. We believe in putting a good foundation on a horse, going step by step and maintaining a good feeding program throughout the training process.
